#1 Make Your Goal Sales, Not Profit
First, it can be helpful to set a goal for your Black Friday promotions. While you might be hoping for a big jump in profits and a nice bonus to lead into the holidays, you may do better to simply make your goal to land more sales. Even at the cost of profits.
Customers are used to massive discounts on these days, so you are likely going to find yourself doing considerably more work for considerably less money.
However, if your work is good, and you drive a lot of sales, then you will have massively grown the number of clients who will return for more throughout the year. Furthermore, every sale is another opportunity for a positive review that will boost your conversion rates in the long haul.
#2 Use Sales to Grow Your List
